I’m pretty exhausted so wont be typing up much of report today. Knowing the rain was coming and getting a good inch or so I was eagerly watching the flows. As soon as they gained 40CFS, putting the levels at 60CFS I headed out.
I met up with John and we started fishing when flows were around 70CFS. Of course we had one thing in mind, covering some water with streamers. It was a pretty successful day, with a handful of fish each to hand as well as double if not more missed. I really need to practice my streamer hook sets, thats for sure. By the time we were done fishing the flows were over 100CFS and we called it a day.
